I'm Back- December 11 2012
I will never give up on my weight loss, I am back. A lot has happened to me in the past couple years, I have gotten married and had a baby, now I am ready to get back on track again. The good news is I didn't gain 50lbs while pregnant. I only gained a little weight as I was sick while preggo so I didn't gain much weight.
Anyways I am back to get to my goal.
I am starting the Atkins this week. I started at 177lbs last month and now I am 172lbs. I am happy to be doing the Atkins and staying away from sugar but it is soooo hard!!
I am also going to make youtube videos to follow my weight loss.

November is here
Today is Monday November 1st 2010, and im happy to say that i'm on track and doing my best to stay that way.I have my plan for the week worked out and Im gonna follow it so that I can reach my goals. I'm gonna make goals and work my butt off to reach them.
Plan for 1st week of November
Breakfast- eggs
snack- veggies
lunch- salad with meat and cheese
snack- cheese string,veggies.
supper- stirfry
snack- handfull of almonds.
drink lots of water,take multi vitamin

Started low carb diet today
