Today is Monday November 1st 2010, and im happy to say that i'm on track and doing my best to stay that way.I have my plan for the week worked out and Im gonna follow it so that I can reach my goals. I'm gonna make goals and work my butt off to reach them.
Plan for 1st week of November
Breakfast- eggs
snack- veggies
lunch- salad with meat and cheese
snack- cheese string,veggies.
supper- stirfry
snack- handfull of almonds.
drink lots of water,take multi vitamin
Five hours of workout for the week
